Do you have a computer already connected to the wifi network and if so does it run windows or its a mac?
We need to double check the password ***** if it is saying it is incorrect, this is nearly always the case. It can happen.
To check it
Press the windows key + R on the keyboard and type in
Right click on wireless network connection and select status.
Then click on wireless properties, then on the security tab then on show characters and you will then see the password ***** use there.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
