I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working previously? Or is this a new router? Or new printer? etc.?
What's your Mac OS X version, i.e., 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, etc.?
What's the model of your Epson printer?
- Have you tried to disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect
, then turn off printer, then disconnect the power cord from the printer, then reconnect, then turn on, then wait a few minutes and check?
- If that does not work, can please go to the network / wi-fi / wireless setup wizard / menu on the printer and make sure to connect to your wireless network name, and check?
; also, if any Mac computer is wireless, make sure the Mac computer is connected to the exact same wireless network name as on the printer
, then check printing.
- If needed, make sure the printer is powered on
, then on the Mac computer, click on the Apple logo / menu, then click on System Preferences..., then click on Print & Fax (or Print & Scan...), then click on the Epson printer there, then click on the - (minus) icon at the bottom left, and delete the printer for now
, then click on the + (plus) icon at the bottom left, then it should detect your Epson wireless printer, then add it
