Customer Question

Hi Michael
I have problems with my Bose Soundtouch Amp (C1E16A).
If I connect the Amp over ethernet, the music from the NAS (also connected via ethernet to my network) is visible and accessible. But then, my I phone-app can't find the Soundtouch.
When I connect the Amp over wifi, then the iphone-app is usable but then the NAS isn't' accessible. Also the App on my MAC finds no system.
I would like to have both. What could be the problem?
