The Biz Hub 350 Printer/copier from Konica Minolta, NOT being visible on your IP network....could be SO MANY diff things.
First we need to establish a timeline for the problem.
When did this issue occur?
Is this a NEW piece of hardware you are adding to the network?
Do you have the user manuals/drivers needed/install discs?
Do you have a DHCP server on your network?
Did you set the Bizhub to get an IP address automatically?
Answer those Q's, and we can g from there
