Hi, my name is Drew. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Typically, the way these things work is you will put your headphones in "pairing" mode and then "pair" your Panasonic to your headphones. So once your headphones are in "pairing" mode, the steps to perform on the Panasonic are in the attachment.

Please tell me exactly what you have tried so far so I don't waste your time explaining things you have already tried.

Cheers,

Drew

Oh, to put the headset in "pairing mode":

Make sure that the headset is charged and turned off.

Press and hold until the blue and white LED flashes alternately. » The headset remains in pairing mode for 5 minutes

Cheers,

Drew
