There is no direct cable for this, it is not the right type of signal. That is an analog rf output to a digital usb input, which won't work.

What you'd need is a video capture card for your computer, either internal or external.

Typically you'll use the composite (red/white/yellow) cables for this though, which are a better quality signal.
