My kindle fire stick is having trouble connecting to my network even though it shows that I'm connected and that the connection is strong. I need help please.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Try these steps please...
First power reset your router, unplug the power cord for 1 minute Then replug the power cord and wait about 3-4 minutes for the router to reboot. Then check the fire stick for connectivity.
If that fails make sure that you are entering the correct wifi password ***** that you are connecting to your home wifi network name.
Then try removing the network and then reconnect...
Tap the name of your network to remove. On the screen prompting you to
enter a password, select Forget.
Then reconnect to wifi...
Enable wireless connectivity on your Amazon Fire TV device. From the Home screen, select Settings > System > Wi-Fi.
Make sure you know your network password (if required). If you see a lock icon, a network password ***** ***** This password ***** ***** your Amazon account password.
