I have set up Lenovo Cloud Lenovo ix4-300d The unit is

Hi
I have set up Lenovo Cloud Lenovo ix4-300d
The unit is online, I can Ping it
But it will not make the connections.
When connected on the same network ( Non Cloud )
everything works fine. I tested the address and logged in successfully.
Diagnostics
Is there a way of testing the port forwarding when connected to the same network?
I have the new Bell 2000 modem
When I type in the Https;//address the message returned is unit is online but not responding to connection attempts.
Is there any other router setting required other than the Port forwarding
Port 80
Port 442
Port 50500-50599
Any help would be appreciated
