Internet and land line phone via Optimum
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 1 year ago.

Thank you. You only have a modem (the Motorola SBV5120) device. It does not have Wi-Fi / wireless feature. But there is an easy fix for that. You can get a free router from Optimum ; then you will have Wi-Fi/wireless for the kindle. You can order the router online at the Optimum website below:

http://www.optimum.com/order/woa/woa_entry.jsp

, or call 1-***-***-****

Do you also have a windows or mac computer? If yes, is your computer connected to the Apple router A1392 device? Or is it wireless?

At the Wi-Fi option on the Kindle, does it show any network name at all?

Please let me know. Thank you.

This is taking to long
And much to confusing. End contact. Thank you.
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 1 year ago.

I'm sorry. We guarantee our service, so don't worry. Did you have trouble running the Elsinore.ScreenConnect program at the website I've provided previously?

Can you disconnect the power cord from the Apple A1392 router for a few minutes, then reconnect

, then press and hold the Power on/off button on the kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on

, then do you see any Wi-Fi/ wireless network name showing on the kindle at all?

Please let me know. Thank you.
