Can you give a little more information on your problem please?
You mean your computer cannot connect to your wireless network which is with Hughes Net?

I have to connect the Hughes Net modem directly to one computer. It will not work through my Netgear router as it did before.

Only when modem is directly in a computer. No router will work.

I use a Netgear router, and no it will not recognize or Hughes Net does not recognize wifi.

ok, you need to configure the netgear to work as a bridged device for the Hughes modem. Did you set this up before?

It is easier to explain here then over the phone.
Make sure the Netgear is connected to the Hughes via the LAN port on the Netgear, NOT the WAN or INTERNET port.
But from one of the 4 ports on the netgear
confirm this please.

long as it is in one of the Lan ports thats all we need as the first step, which is what I asked you way back initially to confirm.

ok, I will attempt to work with you on this one more time else I will have to opt out as I have only been repeating the same question to you since the very start of this interaction.
All I wanted you to do is confirm that when you have been getting this to work, you are plugging the cable from the Hughes Modem into one of the LAN ports (the 5 ports) on the Netgear.
Please I ask to refrain from responding about why you have to pay ect.... and just reply to this one question I have been repeatidly asking....
