Hi Freddy. I just purchased a netgear EX6200 wifi range extender. The set up genie wont accept my wifi password. The router is a 2Wire Gateway, and uses the 26 number key. Netgear isnt happy with this key and so wont connect. What do I do?

I purchased it at Best Buy in Kitchener Ontario Canada.
The model of the 2Wire device is 2701HG-G.
I have am iPad too. I have an iMac computer. Both are obviously Mac systems.
