What model HP printer is it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry for the long delay. My printer is HP Photosmart D110 series.

Go to Settings / WiFi is it on and connected to the same network as the printer?

Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

If so then just go to Print from any AirPrint enabled app and you should see the printer listed:

My iPad is connected to same wifi but does not find the printer. I have already done everything you have told me thus far.
Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

Is that the exact model number or is it HP Photosmart D110a?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
HP Photosmart e-all-in-one D110 series is what is on the book and disk.

I am not seeing that that model has AiPrint only the D110a has that?

Do you have a Mac computer?

Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

I think there might be a firmware update that will allow Airprint. Go to the menu and look for updated firmware:

OK no problem

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried the website you suggested and did exactly what it said however he told me that my printer was set up correctly in the Wi-Fi was attached to it. I still cannot connect from my iPad. I am leaving tomorrow morning for a nine day vacation and will not be able to continue on this until I return I will try to get back to me by Friday August 21.

Do you have a Mac or Windows computer?

Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

If you do not see the printer after installing the firmware update and restarting the printer, then going to PRINT from any Apple app like Mail... then the printer is not capable of that. If you have a Mac computer you can install Handyprint and then your iPad can print to ANY printer your Mac can print to:

Let me know when you have time to do this.
