My Windows 8.1 Pro computer requires to be upgraded to

Customer Question

My Windows 8.1 Pro computer requires to be upgraded to Windows 10. I have both Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8 Pro upgrade licences. My problem is that the computer cant communicate with the internet because I have a DNS server issue that I cant resolve. I would like to have a clean install on my SSD so I can choose what program files I need to keep and clean up any corrupted files. A Windows 8.1 initial restore can be done but I don't know if the DNS server will work. Using an ISO file I can install Widows 10. My issue is, can I licence Windows 10 using my existing licences ? if I completely clean up the SSD.

If you use the ISO file it will not ask for your license key
