I am trying to connect my Linksys Wireless G Broadband router to an ATT 3 MicroCell device. I have made all the necessary connections on my side. However I am told there are closed ports on the modium that are preventing the connection. These include Port #4500 which are shown as closed...Please help

What ever is the best way. Just so you know its my cell phone and not computer that is the problem. The modium is only connected to the ATT Micro device and the plug.

My suggestion is to connect to your computer remotely and access the Linksys router in order to open the necessary port (4500) there.
After that, the ATT 3 MicroCell device will fully work.

My computer is tied to another wireless modium. If it would help with the problem, I can connect the Linksys modium to your computer. Looking for your advice.

Let's establish remote desktop assistance then. In order for me to connect, you need to download a remote desktop connection program and start it.
Here are the instructions:
1. Go to http://www.teamviewer.com
2. Just below the green Download button, click on the Join Remote Control Session link
3. TeamViewer file will automatically start downloading. Once done, locate the file and double-click it in order to start it. The file is named TeamViewerQS
4. When started, you should see a blue window that contains numbers - ID and Password ***** type those numbers here so that I can connect
