Customer Question

I just got a job for Uhaul on the internet. I have a wireless router in my home. They will not let me work on my computer from home on a wireless connection. I can hook up to the internet with a cable but my computer still says that I am wireless. I need this job. What can I do?

Hello, welcome to JustAnswer my name is ***** ***** I'm one of the experts who will be assisting you today.
Basically you need to disable the wireless while the Ethernet connection is plugged in. You can do this via the ncpa.cpl applet in the control panel.
I can show you how to do this via a remote session, or do it for you. Would you prefer that?
