I first followed the instructions it came with. It never went to the setup page. So I then connected a Ethernet cord to the router to see if that would work.....Nothing.

On the unit is a reset button. using a paperclip and while it is powered on, hold the reset button on for 10 seconds, then release.
Once done, wait 5 minutes and then try to run the setup again.

the extender is showing 3 green lights at present.But I have not been to any set up page like they state on manual.
