After I disconnected my ethernet cables to the router and reconnected

Customer Question

After I disconnected my ethernet cables to the router and reconnected them, I can no longer get internet access through my Ipad and galaxy 6. I can get wireless connection to the internet on the laptop. My devices show that I am connected to wifi, but I have no internet connection. I have tried turning off the power to both the router and modem but that has not worked. I was going to reinstall the wifi, but when I insert the easy set up key into my windows 8 computer, nothing happens.

Hi! Just to confirm -- You can connect to Wi-Fi on your laptop but you cannot to Wi-Fi on your iPad or Galaxy?
