***@******.*** received message of phone this morning that the email looked like it had unusaul use so the blocked it and said that we needed to do a security check to open it. we did and nothing happened

A message just came up that said Looks like someone is using your accout and a promtp that says next

it gave us options to have a code sent to another account which we did earlier and it came back to us , put code in and it said invalid code

never mind I tried again and they are all working

ok, I was going to reset it for you here which is why I needed to know which one to get it sent to. The code was being inputted incorrectly or maybe you tried a few times and got the codes mixed up. I have done that also before.
It will be ok now though if you were able to reset the password.
