I've just bought a Brother MFC-J6520DW printer. It worked via wireless connection when I got it out of the box. Now my computer will not recognise the printer! It recognises the IP address though when I added a new printer via IP search. This doesn't allow me to use the duplex printer feature though. Why doesn't my Macbook see the printer?
It can see it via usb port.
If I want to add a printer it can't see any printers to add!
I don't really want to pay for a screen sharing session if the problem can be resolved quite simply!
I've just reset the network settings for about the 5th time (following instructions & advice on forums) and it now seems to work!
That's a relief!
Will I still have my deposit taken from me seeing as I have not received any help solving my problem from "just answer"?
