I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Have you tried a power reset. Disconnect the power cord for 1 minute, then reconnect the power cord.Then wait for 5 minutes to allow the router to reboot. If that does not work let me know the brand/model of the router and which lights are lit on the front of the router please.
