it just keeps telling me that I have no wifi service at all yet my Netgear75 is turned on but it is not connecting.

no the internet doesn't stay on like it used to. It never shut of before while I was using it now it shuts off like every couple of minutes and or so with the computer or my cell phone

What is the brand and model name of your Internet Modem?

I have time Warner for my internet and the modem is that the little box I got with the the Netgear75 or the one with my tv?

it says it is a über model u10c034 they are capital letters in the model number

Please, do the following:
- With the power to the Netgear on, press the reset button on the back of the router with a pin or paperclip for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, let go of the button.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Unplug the power to the Netgear and plug it back in.
- When you are plugged into the Netgear box with a cable, can you get online now?

- Click the Start Button
- Click Run
- Type: CMD
- Hit Enter
- In the black window, type the following and press Enter: ipconfig
- Press Enter
- What is shown for the IP Address, Subnet Mask & Default Gateway?

Subnet mask 255.255.255.
Default gateway 192.168.1.1

Plug it back into the Netgear.
- Click the Start Button
