You may reset your Motorola modem as follows:
Look for the tiny reset hole located at the back of the device.
Use a pin or the end of a paper clip to press and hold down the reset button for about 10 seconds.
Wait for the lights to change on the router.
When you let go of the reset button, the router should be reset to factory settings.
