Hi Allan,
Try restarting your wireless router and let me know if that resolves the problem.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No difference.

I am trying to connect directly camera to printer, what does the network router have to do with it?

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
There may be some wireless interference from nearby devices.
Next step is to try connecting the camera to a different printer, or connect a different camera to your printer to help narrow down where the problem lies.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Tried to connect to new Epson XP620. Same result.

Time to call it quits?

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
Hi Allan,
If other devices are able to connect ok to these printers, then it is likely that the problem is with the camera itself.
You could try updating the firmware on it, or try resetting it to its factory settings.

Hi,
I notice you have declined the additional service offer.
Is the problem now resolved?
