Im setting up a POP on Windows XP Outlook 3. The config passes

Resolved Question:

I'm setting up a POP on Windows XP Outlook 3. The config passes all tests shown and succeeds in sending the test message to the account viewed from the web interface. But the messages never arrive in Outlook, The send/ receive window shows nothing indefinitely.

Meanwhile, the router log is recording
