Yes, it worked in Google Chrome but because I use IE, and have all my favorites and am so familiar with how it works, I would really like to get this problem fixed

First I will tell you how to get back to me.
After that, I will tell you how to reset IE10
To get back to me after the reset: Open your mail box, open a mail with subject something like "I just answered your computer question on JustAnswer" > Click on the link/button "View your answer" to get back here.
To reset IE: Open Internet Explorer > Click on Tools(If you can't see Tools, press Alt + T to bring it) > Click Internet Options > Click on Advanced Tab > Click on Reset > (if applicable, click Delete Personal Settings) > Click on Reset again > Restart Internet Explorer.
The problem should be fixed when done.
If not, I will give further suggestions.

No, restarting Internet Explorer should be sufficient.
