My computer will no longer respond when being directed to "Pay

Resolved Question:

My computer will no longer respond when being directed to "Pay & File Taxes" on my online banking. I have IE10, I have run through some corrective steps in "Internet Options" with an employee at the "Payment Filing Service" but nothing fixed the problem. I've also run the "Norton" virus etc. removal and also "PC Utility Kit". Still won't re-direct me to the Tax page. Help....

This may be a browser issue, have you tried with alternate browser?

Yes, it worked in Google Chrome but because I use IE, and have all my favorites and am so familiar with how it works, I would really like to get this problem fixed

Anyways, have you tried resetting IE10 yet?

The funny thing is it worked a month ago.. No, I don't think I've reset IE10

I think, this must be your sensitive data, otherwise I could have done it remotely. :)

In the reset process, you may lose me, do you know how to get back here?

Not sure what you mean.

Customer:

Been a long time since I've used this so maybe you could clue me in again on getting back if lost

To get back to me after the reset: Open your mail box, open a mail with subject something like "I just answered your computer question on JustAnswer" > Click on the link/button "View your answer" to get back here.

To reset IE: Open Internet Explorer > Click on Tools(If you can't see Tools, press Alt + T to bring it) > Click Internet Options > Click on Advanced Tab > Click on Reset > (if applicable, click Delete Personal Settings) > Click on Reset again > Restart Internet Explorer.

The problem should be fixed when done.
