Technicians have been trying to connect my Sony Vaio to a Konica

Resolved Question:

Technicians have been trying to connect my Sony Vaio to a Konica Minolta BizHub C35 copier and have been unsuccessful. They say there is a problem with my computer.

The Konica Minolta says that there is a OD Driver problem with my computer and he can't do anything about it and I must pay the cost although I cannot print to the copier. My technician is still trying to find out why he can't get it hooked up to print.
