what are they saying is the problem?
i'm assuming this is via wireless -
The Konica Minolta says that there is a OD Driver problem with my computer and he can't do anything about it and I must pay the cost although I cannot print to the copier. My technician is still trying to find out why he can't get it hooked up to print.

then 100%, its a driver issue.
he may not know what hes doing.
if it was wireless -

but if its via a network, like at home?

if its at an office that may have a fire wall and restrictions -
its an office
that could cause it
someone needs to config the router and permissions,
one computer is able to print to this copier, our network guy says it seems like only one computer can print to it at a time
other wise, you cant access it
thats a lie.
printers have quesues.
ok so config the router and permissions
they can take many requests
someone need to check -
and active director permissions
most likely Active directroy.
which is what controls all permisons
