hooked up my new gateway desktop. in my home I already have

hooked up my new gateway desktop. in my home I already have a network with wireless router. My other computers and smart phones are connected..The networdk is fine

BUT I cant get my new desktop to even see the wireless. The intruction say to make sure the comp "Toggle switch" os on.... WHERE IS THAt????
