I'm having trouble hooking up with Wi-Fi.
My NOOK's Wi-Fi MAC address: 58:67:1a:9c:19:35

My Internet access is Wireless 2010
code is XXX-XXX-XXXX
Hi! My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be assisting you,

Are you receiving any error messages?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No, it just keeps leaping back to Choose a Network to Use, after I've chosen WIRELESS 2010.

I'll be honest, at this point I'd rather go to bed. Perhaps, I'm missing a step.

Do you have any other devices that are currently connected to your wireless without any issues?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Just my computer.

On the Kobo, please hold down the power button for 20 seconds until the Kobo restarts.

After restarting, try connecting to wireless again.

I don't think this can be resolved. I've looked at my directions, followed them, followed your suggestions - and I still can't hook up.

I rated you OK because you've made a good effort. I don't mind paying $30 for the service, but I'm not adding a bonus.
