I didn't get this on Chrome, but had other problems with Chrome, and Internet Explorer has too many extra things running in back ground that slows my computer down...

Hello again,

This is Jason. We have worked together in the past.

This particular issue can be the result of a few different items.

May I start a temporary remote screen sharing session with you so that I can quickly analyze the problem and fix this for you?

Thank you,
Jason

Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?

Which Internet browser are you currently using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or something of the like)?

Please, use Internet Explorer.
