This is an internet question. I had a username and password XXXXX the technician first set this up. But now I've had to change my password XXXXX and today makes twice.
My username is XXXXX XXXXX why is it asking me to change my password?

Yes. I am trying to sign in to my home page with Comcast and access my e-mail.

No. Just he message when I signed in that said "username and password XXXXX not match" or something like that.

ok - it could be that Comcast believed the account was compromised in some way
