Good Afternoon
Do you have any computers that are able to connect to this device using WiFi? If so, we can probably get the security information from them
If not, I would recommend doing a reset on the device
Hello?
I'm here to help you out, I'm not sure why you already gave me a rating of "Bad Service" without even talking to me
Karen, I can give you step by step instructions on getting into the router to look at and modify the WiFi settings
I was in the middle of typing out instructions for fixing your problem when you inexplicably gave me a poor rating, but it's pretty clear that you are unwilling to work with me. This is a pretty easy fix and we could have had this done within 10-15 minutes. Have a good rest of the weekend.
