Than You Barbara

Can you connect the Netgear to the Charter Internet Cable.

Then connect your computer via a cable to one of the 4 LAN ports (doesnt matter which one)

Ont he back of the netgear is a small Reset Hole. You will need a paper clip. With the netgear on, push this reset button in the hole and hold it in for 20 seconds, then release.

Wait 5 minutes for the Netgear to reset and it should than connect to the charter internet.

Another 5 minutes later the computer should than auto configure for the netgear and have internet.

You will need to setup Wireless again, and I can help you with this but first want to make sure we get internet on the Netgear working.

Please let me know how it goes.
