Hi there, and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today with your question and providing the best answer possible.

Sometimes the wireless lease given to a particular device from the wifi router gets stuck and won't renew.

This means the device cannot get an authenticated connection to the router.

The best way to rule this out as a possible cause is to remove the power from the wifi router and wait 5 minutes.

Turn the Thrive completely off.

Connect the power back up and give the router 5 minutes to start up.

Then turn the Thrive on (it is important to wait the 5 minutes for the router to start)

See if it than connects.

If it does not, please let me know Before Rating my service

In advance, Thanks for giving a positive rating! Ratings are how I receive credit for helping you today.

If you need further assistance for this problem before or after rating feel free to ask a follow up and I'll be
glad to help.

Thanks,
Richard
