I can't connect to Netflix through VieraCast. This just started yesterday. I've tried everything including unplugging my TV and router. I can connect with everything else (Pandora, etc.) It seems to be just a Netflix issue.

Hello,My name is David.Next please click the link below and login to your Netflix account and check the status to make sure the account is active. In some cases, if there is an issue, you may not receive an error message and instead Netflix stops working without warning:click hereIf there are no issues with your account then while logged into Netflix select an instant play movie to test and see if streaming video from Netflix is received and allowed to pass through the modem and router. Also, if you have a modem in addition to a router, also power down and power up the modem as that may also block traffic if an error condition exists on the modem. If the above procedures do not resolve the issue please let me know the results and I will continue to assist you. Thanks.
When I first log in to Netflix I get a screen that says something like "unable to connect... try again later" I can't get past that screen to do anything else. I am able to view streaming video on my computer. It's just the TV that is the problem. I have tried everythig else you suggest. It was OK on Monday and the problem started on Tuesday. Also, my connection is OK. I ran the connectivity test and it's good and I have no problem with Pandora and Amazon.
Ok thanks. So when you powered down the TV, if you immediately powered it back on again then that may not have cleared any error conditions that may exist. So next power down the TV and wait 5 minutes with the power cable unplugged then power it up again and test to see if the issue is resolved. Please let me know the results. Thanks.
That did nothing. I had done that before and I did it again.
Ok then next power up the TV and then hold down the volume down button on the TV and the Menu button on the remote at the same time. When a popup screeen appears on the TV, unplug the power on the TV and wait 1 minute. Then plug in the TV power and step through the setup screens and then test connection to Netflix.
If the issue is still not resolved, please let me know the results so I can continue to assist you. Thanks!
