Hi, I am running windows 7 64-bit, Chrome (the latest). I have done the above, I restore advanced settings>Reset>apply and ok. Also made sure both SSL are enabled.
I'm trying to get into my admin site (https://www.charmshop.co.za/administrator/ ) for my website I design, (www.charmshop.co.za) then I still get this error:

SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

On FireFox I get almost the same error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.charmshop.co.za.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.

I know a lot about pc software but can't figure this one out, Pls help
But I need to add, that u'r system does not want to accept my payment. :(
