Perfect thank you. OK you are on a regular cable connection. Sometimes when they switch out your modem it needs to be reset to work with the Linksys. To reset RoadRunner modems the easiest thing to do is unplug the modem from power and leave it off for 10 minutes. Here are the exact instructions:
