Yes, I'm plugged directly into the modem. Centrylink is my Internet provider
OK usually with Centurylink this is a pretty straightforward process. Can you do the following for me so I can get some info about your connection? Thanks!

And you are hooked directly to your Centurylink modem right now? Or do you have your computer connected to the Belkin with a wire?
I'm talking to you connected directly to the centrylink modem. I ran the ipconfig all on a computer connected to the Belkin with a wire. Do you need the ipconfig all on this machine as well?
Yes I am sorry; the Century link is the one I needed. I apologize I didn't clarify.

Ah I see the problem now. The Belkin and Centurylink are configured to both use the 192.168.2.x network scheme. Because of this we need to change the setup on the Belkin so that is uses a different scheme. Here's how:
After doing that, reconnect your Belkin to the Centurylink modem. You should now be able to access the internet (you may need to cut the power the Belkin for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in to get Internet). Let me know!
Wow. That seems to have worked. I thought I had tried that already, but when I did, I could no longer get back to the router and had to reset it again. But, when in doubt, try it again I guess? Anyway thanks.
Great! Do you need anything else?If you are good to go, please do take a moment to rate my service today. Thanks so much!
