We have tried the first three methods. we hesitate to play with the router as we don't want to lose connectivity to the other devices in the house.
the system password XXXXX via the first method will not work. instead of going to the main wi-fi address, the droid goes to the guest server. we did not set a password XXX the guest server, so can't get in
Okay, no worries. Is your router a Cisco wireless N? If so, please refer to this article regarding the Cisco connect software:http://www6.nohold.net/Cisco2/ukp.aspx?vw=1&docid=1880f78e5c674e8a858fe21ec4fe9d5e_Checking_Valet_E_Series_Name_and_Password_in_Cisco_Connect.xml&pid=80&respid=0&snid=2&dispid=0&cpage=searchOtherwise, may I ask what the brand and model is? Thank you
I'm not sure why, but I got in - but I think it is through verizon, not my wifi. I will turn everything off and try from another location in the house. I'll be back later
For some reason the droid is connecting to the internet. I started on the article you referred us to, but it was basically the same as method 1 info. at any rate, I think we're good. Thanks for your help.
How much longer does my $25 give me access to you?

Your service was fine, but still unable toget a password XXXXXX. Can I rate your service seperately from the cost - I'm not wiling to pay for answers that don't work.
Unfortunately, they're tied together. The way this site works is that I only receive credit if you rate, which does charge the full amount. That's okay, don't worry about it since you weren't quite happy with the problem resolution.Would you like me to submit a full refund now? (this will close the question)Thanks
Thank you. I would like a refund.
