I cannot connect with the net or my e-mail on my home computer. Could connect in the store but not at home?
Optional Information: Product: iPad Already Tried: Everthing was fine until a week or so ago when got up and tried to connect. Have verified my password XXXX my service provider and my server. I was able to connect at the apple store but not at home. Store erased something and then got me connected. Go homeand could not get connected.

ok, what happens when you try to connect the iPad to the wifi?
I don't automatically join my network which is mac-network. I get an answer that applel.IMap .yahoo.com is not responding. Check to see if correct info in the incoming mail server field. . My ISP is ATT. My e-mail is bellsouth. If i go to add accountusing bellsouth I get same answer except they say check POP server

ok, do the following on the iPad please
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
Tap Host Name under incoming server
ok
change it to pop.att.yahoo.com
then test please
I don't see anything that says "host account"

No Just icloud ,add account and fetch new data

I get "POP server "mail.bellsouth.net is nor resonding. Check network connection and that you entered the correct infomation in the "incoming Mail server field." I am not sure how I get to network connection.

Turn Wifi on, and connect to your wireless in the list please
ok Wi Fi is on, I get a page with Forget this network IP address etc

No I cant see that from this page. Under ip address is dHCP, Boot P which is highlighted and Static

Yes but if I hit on that I get Mac network which includes "forget this network and the IP address stuff

I don't recall seeing that specific question. But tried Att and bell south

I don't know where to put this I am afraid I am gettin a little lost going back and forth. If I go to new account I get name e-mail password XXX description. Where do i find the incoming server setting. to enter this ?

When I turn it back on all i get is Wi Fi networks shoing wi fi on then Choose a network and under that mac network and other If I go to mac network I get the IP address listing Dhcp (highlighted BootP and static with IP address Subnet mask Router DNS stc under that . How do i Reconnect?

in the search box, enter in wireless networks
and press the enter key
