How many devices are on your network that can access the Internet through the Netgear router?

only one my pc
my old set up was internet connected to modem via usb port and printer connected via ethernet port
new set up pc connected to netgear cg3000 wireless through ethernet port. Printer connected to Lan 2 on netgear. port light is read and I cannot print to the printer

When you print the computer into the Netgear, is the port light also red?

Please, use a different ethernet cable and plug the printer into the router. Is the color still red?

with the current set up i cannot see the printer it says device not connected

I just want to be able to print

A red light, typically means that the device is not connecting correctly.
