Customer Question

I have 5 charging cords and 5 power adaptors. I don't seem to be able to get my I Pad 1, to charge. Is there a difference between cords and power adaptors. Two of the power adaptors are smaller and square and three are larger and have rounded corners.

No, the cables and adaptors are same. The USB Port of your iPad might be damaged. Does your computer recognize your iPad ?

The i pad is plugged into the computer. how do i tell if it is recognized?

Does your iPad or computer make any sounds ? Also download and install iTunes on your computer from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Open iTunes and does it recognize your iPad ?
