i cant connect my netgear wireless adapter WNA3100

i can't connect my netgear wireless adapter WNA3100 to my home PC, windows 7, it is not being found - i am using a laptop to email you - Downloaded latest software drivers from Netgear

Can you uninstall the device (click start, right click computer and select Manage)

then go to device manager

RichieMe :

look for it, right click on it and select uninstall

RichieMe :

restart the computer and keep pressing F8 until you see a menu

Choose Safe Mode

RichieMe :

Then install the adapter

once done, restart the computer and let me know please if it still will not work
