My netgear wireless has worked perfectly for a couple of years...now my iPad3 will not communicate at high speed. When I go to the apple store to complain, it works fine, but at home it is SLOW

do you get faster speeds anywhere else but the apple store (as they use the airport which is made for the iPad)

My work modems (3 different ones) all run super-slow...and older iPads work fine

it doesnt work well with them, it does though with the apple air port as its a apple product

iPad 1's and 2's work fine on our work routers

but you arnt going to get better speeds unless you get an Airport

this will be the issue, most likely a bug in the iPad firmware

they onyl really test at apple for apple products

you either replace the iPad with an Android (htc) or you get an airport

these are the only options you have

the problem here is not the router

Mercedes-Benz only supports apple...I use it as a work tool, I sel cars and Benz is converting everything to iPad

iPad shows in the 500kbps range...'bout 200 faster. NOT 7,000 range like @ apple store

you either need to swap the netgear for an airport, the ipad for a android, or wait and hope the ipad gets an update that fixes this
