I can't believe I paid for someone to tell me that Norton's server is down. I tried to log on to their support and was not connected, and without an explanation. My comuter is dying and I am trying to back it up before it goes completely. I pay for a yearly subscription. I thought when I logged onto this web site that this was actually a Norton site. I will have to be more careful next time.
Don't worry, we guarantee our service. Since the backup server is down, for now, you can download and install the FBackup program:http://www.fbackup.com/, then use it to back up your files to an external USB hard drive. I don't have an external hard drive. I am sorry you couldn't help, I am more angry with Norton for not being able to help after providing a link, that does not work.
I am done here.
Oh sorry about that. You can use one these free online backup sites to back up now: http://www.idrive.com/ https://www.dropbox.com/ Thank you. I appreciate the offer but I cannot see myself using software that may not be safe. I'll try Norton tomorrow.
It is safe. I personally use Dropbox. If you google, you will see its popularity. OK, you can wait for Norton. If you have any other computer question/issue, please let me know. Thank you.
