What is the model and make of the wireless keyboard?
the mouse can connect to my all in one lenovo - the keyboard cannot. i went on the internet and this is apparently a common problem

i am not on the computer with the problem obviously.. so i do i get to the link without a keyboard?
do you have any batteries on the keyboard
try to replace it
1. switch off the computer.
2 unplug the power cord from the power outlet to ensure that no power is connected to the system.
3. keep the power button on the system pressed for around 10 seconds.
4. after releasing the button plug back the power cord in.
5. turn the system back on.
check whether the problem gets solved or not.
please let me know so that i can guide you with further steps in case it does not get resolved.
the problem solved itself for no reason it turns out as i was walking back to the computer..
