Hi, Was it working previously? The connections are:- modem to router's Internet/WAN port - computer to one of router's Ethernet/LAN ports. - power adapter to router. , but the router is not working? Is it a new router? How does AT&T know the connections are wrong? What's the brand and model of your AT&T Internet modem? Can you go to the website http://www.att.net/ , and click on Mail, then confirm that you are able to log in your att/sbc email account with your att/sbc email password? Thank you.
I have managed to fix my own problem. I certainly won't send you more money.
