That's the problem, your internet connection is extremely slow, 0.37 and 0.27 is almost zero.

That's why Netflix is not working fine, you need at least 1.00 mbps for download and 0.80 mbps for upload in order to have a semi-decent connection to Netflix.

If you are supposed to have a faster speed, please call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them to check and fix your connection.

If your connection is OK and you are receiving the speed you are paying for, then you may want to consider to upgrade your internet speed with your ISP.
