OK. Do you have a wireless computer with WIndows 7 or Mac OS ?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Yes i do have a wireless computer but its actually vista not windows 7.

OK, just to be 100% sure, please follow the steps below from your computer:

1- Click here ---> 192.168.1.1

2- You will be prompted for a login - leave the username blank and enter "admin" without the quotes for the password.

3- Once logged in, click Wireless, then click Wireless Security in the submenu below it. (If the "Wireless Security" option is not there, then click "Basic Wireless Settings")

4- Your network key (passphrase) will be on the bottom of this page. If you see more than one password try with all of them from the Tablet.

Does it work? If it does, please click the ACCEPT button below.

If it doesn't, please click "REPLY TO EXPERT". Thank you

OK. Please follow the steps below from your computer already connected to internet, and you will see the network password.

Click here ----->www.fileanswer.com

Then click "WView32"

Then click "Run" or "OPEN" when prompted. Otherwise click Save and save the file to your desktop, then double click it to run it.

And you will see your password there (under Key(HEX) and Key(Ascii), try both)
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

just tried doing this method now and still nothing. Downloaded WView32 and nothing came up under the chart at all.

OK. Do you have internet by cable or DSL? We may need to reset your router.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I have internet by DSL. Thanks
Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 5 years ago.
OK, we can reset the router to add a new wireless password, but if you have DSL you probably have a PPPoE username and password provided by your internet company. Do you have those settings?
