It's a Motorola 3XXX-XX-XXXX, ver7.8.1r2 The default password XXXXX not work. the default is motorrola but the password XXXXX is saved has 11 dots.

please put spaces in between the model numbers it is blocking it like a telephone number

There is already a password XXXXX there so I can log on with no problems, I can,t change it with out knowing the old password, if I type in a new one I can't log on to the router

Please press the factory reset button on the back of the router for 30 seconds.

 

After you do this login and you will be able to set your own password.

I already tried that, I thought it would default but the password XXXXX I think it is saved in my PC from the install.

I have reset this router 3 times with the PortForwarding people and each time I don't have to enter a user name or password XXXXX log on to the router it is always saved for me. They can't log on to my router remotely because I don't have the user name and password XXXXX work from the outside,

Please try the serial number on the bottom of the router as your password.
