I cannot connect to www.mywifiext.net to change settings on my netgear WN2000rpt, also tried http://192.168.1.250 as suggested but still no joy! any other suggestions?

when I say yes Perhaps Dont know is more accurate as the extender is only connected to the internet radio which works but only on channel 7 on the router and the extender is set to channel 1

The radio network scanner gives the ifo as SSID Netgear_ext 1p 192.168.1.128 channel 1

Dont know, There is no secure Padlock symbol on the radio's scanner so I think not, there is a secure symbol for the radio's direct link it the livebox
